Online sample sales seem to be all the rage right now... you know it's big when the guys you know are shopping online! Here are some of my favorites...
If you are new to the online sample sale world, this is how it works: each site will get random designers - everything from Christian Louboutin to Calvin Klein at bargain basement prices sometimes up to 90% off. The sales last 24 - 36 hours and the quantities are limited.
So... what is the catch here? Well first of all, it's super competitive. To get the more popular items you basically have to open up the sale the second it begins (typically 12 pm EST). Another downside is that sometimes sales are final sale - so no returns! Typically the sites do allow returns, but only for store credit. For me though, the positives definitely outweigh the negatives, as I have gotten some great stuff!
